There was always only one song that could feature in today's Song Of The Day, after I received Joanna Newsom's new triple album in the post yesterday from the ever-wonderful Spunk Records.
And that, of course, is a song from Have One On Me. A song sung by the ever-wonderful Joanna Newsom. A song that goes like this:

What is the album like??? I am so excited for it,i wanted to get it today but wasn't near a record shop,and i want an actual not virtual copy...hope she plays soon.

I really like the new album - I like how spacious it is sound-wise - her voice is heading more towards Kate Bush than annoying pixie also

Seeing her at Matt Groining ATP, which is weird, cuz someone once said to me that she sounds like Lisa Simpson, and I can't quite shake that association. Dosen't put me off though, quite excited about her addition to the bill. Look forward to getting this album.
