Everett True trouble with those, Louis - as I'm sure you appreciate - is that they're done face-to-face. It's near impossible to capture such intimacy via email or on the telephone. Louis Pattison Mm, it's more difficult to get 'colour' from phoners but it can still be done. Some of the least revealing interviews I've ever done have been face to face, but good subject is a good subject however you talk to them.
