Most extreme "Christmas" song? Right now, my money's on 'Christmas With Satan'...

I like to listen to the new Dylan album whilst looking at a picture of John Wayne Gacy's 'Pogo The Clown'. The perfect marriage.

"Fuck Christmas" by Fear ... but it's not quite "Christmas With Satan." For the holidays, I like to listen to songs like "The Old Main Drag" actually. With or without cheap pills.

Yeah, the Fear song is good (although Rocket 455's is similar, but better) - but I was really meaning 'unlistenable', except of course James White is always eminently listenable. Although this song mixes in a certain cheesiness with the vocal squalling that Mr Svenonius would later claim for his own.

...which makes it "unlistenable" on several fronts...

Oh, that makes sense. I need to get that little red box set out and start putting White's "classic" in the holiday rotation! Thanks for the reminder ...

I can particularly recommend 'Here Comes Fatty Claus' from the John Waters Christmas album
